Annual State of NASA Procurement Report
Design & concept: Emily Grobe
The NASA Office of Procurement oversees the acquisition process to support successful accomplishment of NASA’s current and future missions.
I created a 140 page annual report that highlighted their work and accomplishments over the fiscal year 2023, with a focus on the “4 P’s”: People, Procure, Process, and Policies. You can view the full report here, under State of Procurement Reports > FY23 State of NASA Procurement.

The goal with this project was to create a layout system that could be easily applied a large document without getting stale. I created a style that feels scientific, classic, and organized but leaves room to showcase NASA’s stunning photography.
Another feature of the system is the color bar at the bottom of every spread that indicates which section you are currently in.
